I’ve been working on other hobbies the last few weeks, but I did manage to get a few star blocks made. These are for a local guild who makes quilts for Quilts of Valor.  They provided me with fabric kits and I sewed them as instructed.  They will go into a pile to be made into quilt tops later, as needed.

I got to visit a quilt show this weekend and made a few small purchases.  The bright cat print was just so cheerful and eye-catching. I am not sure what it will end up as, but I had to have it.  The plaid FQ was going for $1 and it matches some other plaids I have, so I added that.

 

This bundle of neutrals was missing a FQ, and so it was marked down half price. I can always use neutrals, what a deal!
