A few years ago I made a feathered hair clip to go with a costume. Mine was red with peacock feathers and red ribbons. It drew a number of compliments so this year I decided to make another.

I found a bundle pack of colored feathers at the craft store, it was a perfect beginning. Using a few scraps of card and fabric, plus some additional feathers from my stash, I made this:

 

 Now I’m working on one for myself.
